This ensures that the legal strategy being employed is still appropriate given the fluid nature of our legal system and the dynamic approaches required to overcome all obstacles standing in a client's way.
Mr. Barclay grew up in Downey, California. He is an alumnus of Loyola High School, the University of California, Irvine, and Loyola Law School. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Barclay worked for a civil trial boutique in Los Angeles.
